By accessing mitti.house and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Mitti House is a boutique plant and vessel retailer operated by Dipika Nag, based in Kolkata, India.
Products
All plants are living organisms. Photographs show representative specimens; the actual plant delivered may differ slightly in size, foliage pattern, or colour. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Orders & payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or OTP verification (COD).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, with a full refund.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- A COD fee of ₹50 is added at checkout.
- COD orders require OTP verification on your registered mobile number before dispatch.
- Payment must be made in exact cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Repeated non-payment at delivery may result in account suspension.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, copy, design — is owned by Mitti House or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitti House's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
