Refund & Returns Policy

Live-on-arrival guarantee
Every plant we ship is guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. If your plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or substantially different from what was described, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
To claim: email care@mitti.house within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged plant. We cannot accept claims after this window as plant health can change rapidly.
Eligible for replacement / full refund
- Plant arrives dead or dying (photo required)
- Significant physical damage caused during transit
- Wrong plant delivered
- Missing items from your order
Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Plant decline due to care issues after delivery (we provide care guides)
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect plant health
- Delayed claims (beyond 24 hours of delivery)
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 4 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. Email care@mitti.house immediately. After dispatch, we cannot cancel.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Razorpay may take an additional 5–10 banking days to credit your account. COD refunds are credited via bank transfer — please share your account details when raising the claim.
